How much money do you make being an Avon Rep? 20-50% on full earnings items and 20% on fixed earnings items.  As long as you submitt atleast a $50.00 order and pay for it on time. See Avon earning chart below:

*150.00-299.99 - 30%
*$300-499.99 - 35%
*$500+ - 40%
