To create the purple smokey eye, Kelsey uses the purple tones of the Avon True Color Eyeshadow Quad in Romantic Mauves. Begin by applying the #1 lightest purple shade with a flat brush on the entire lid, starting at the crease and working your way up to the brow. Apply the #2 shadow shade from the Avon Eyeshadow Quad just on the lid. Use the #3 shade in the outer corners and inner corner of the eye leaving the center of the eye light.
